3. Delivery & Returns

  • Delivery and returns/exchanges are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

4. Exchange Policy – Retail Outlet

  • Items must be in their original condition, with barcode, hangtag and label intact.

  • Exchange is allowed within 30 days of purchase.

  • Original sales receipt is required for exchange or complaint registration.

  • Sale/Promotional items cannot be exchanged.

  • Groomswear, fragrances, cosmetics, accessories and jewellery are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • During sales/promotions, customers should check the product at the time of purchase. The store will not be responsible for damage noticed afterward.

  • Shoes include free repair/service within 30 days of purchase.

5. Website Use

You must not:
