Domestic Shipping – Pakistan

Orders are usually delivered within 1–5 business days after placing the order.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Delivery to remote areas of Pakistan may take longer.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be processed after successful phone verification.
For verified customers or during high-order periods such as sales, launches and promotions, we may process COD orders without phone verification.

International orders are usually dispatched within 5–7 working days after order confirmation.
Delivery time depends on the destination and courier service.
Once an international order is in process, cancellation may not be eligible for a refund.
If a customer refuses or does not accept an international delivery, the customer may be responsible for shipping and customs charges.
During sales and promotional periods, delivery may take longer than usual.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation and tracking information by email, provided a valid email address was supplied.

When Same-Day Delivery is available and advertised on our website:

Orders placed before 12:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery within covered areas of Lahore.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will normally be delivered the following day.
Certain far-off areas of Lahore may not be covered by same-day delivery and may be delivered the following day.
Same-day delivery availability may vary depending on the delivery location and operational conditions.
